The All-Ireland decider proved to be less dramatic than the Breaffy Ladies’ nail-biting 18-17 semi-final win, as they showcased a dominant performance from the start.
Breaffy jumped to an early lead, holding Glynn Barntown scoreless for four innings. However, Barntown wasn’t in the final to play a supporting role and fought back into the game.
Despite the pressure, Breaffy maintained their advantage and secured a convincing 13-5 victory.
