GAA Rounders Championship Entries Highlight Nationwide Growth Ahead of 2026 Season
The release of the 2026 GAA Rounders Championship entries offers a strong and encouraging picture of a sport that continues to grow in reach, depth and ambition across Ireland.
Clubs from all four provinces are set to compete across Senior, Intermediate and Junior grades this season, with representation stretching from Galway to Wexford, Monaghan to Limerick. It is another clear sign that Rounders is building momentum and strengthening its place within the wider GAA family.
At Senior level, the standard looks as competitive as ever. Established names such as Breaffy, Erne Eagles, Carrickmacross and Glynn Barntown once again feature strongly, while Galway Rapparees continue their rise into the top tier.
The Intermediate Championships also look set to deliver a hugely competitive season, while the strength of entries at Junior level highlights the continued growth of participation across the country.
